What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online store uses PayPal services. You can pay using your PayPal account, or use your Debit or Major Credit Cards (Visa / Master Card / Discover / American Express). All payments are made through PayPal, one of the most secure systems online. In fact, we never even see your credit or debit card numbers!
(Note: At our Physical Salon in Charleroi, we also accept cash!)

Are there any state laws that might apply to me?
Yes... Soon. We are in compliance with pending PA state law. You will be required to fill out a form and read and sign a required form before tanning for the first time.
Also in compliance with pending PA law, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on their initial visit. Persons under the age of 14 are not permitted to use tanning beds unless a permission slip is signed by a parent or guardian AND they present written permission signed by a properly licensed doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathic medicine.

Are Tanning sessions and products taxable?
With only a few exceptions, Tanning sessions and most products (lotions for example) are NOT subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax.
Tanning sessions however are subject to the new Federal "Tanning tax". This is a 10% tax on sessions only, and not on other products. This law took effect in June 2010. If in the past you do not believe that you paid the tax, you did. The law states that the tax does not need to be itemized seperately on your receipt, so was built into the price of the session.
